TERMS & CONDITIONS:  AIRPORT SERVICE/OTHER

CANCELLATION POLICY: All Trips May Be Cancelled By Customer Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Confirmation With No Penalty.  If your flight is cancelled, the passenger must call My Chauffeur to cancel or confirm their new flight # at least 2 hours before scheduled PDX landing time.  If any cancellation occurs less than two (2) hours before a scheduled pick-up time, full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee, is charged to the customer’s credit card.  2-hour cancellation notice must be by phone call or text message and must be confirmed with cancellation #.  Email cancellations will not be accepted.  The final decision with cancellation matters lies with My Chauffeur.  Above terms will be included in your reservation confirmation by email.

* PRICING TERMS/CONDITIONS:  TRIP CHARGE: This is the minimum charge for the reservation.  The chauffeur ‘gratuity’ is a service charge and equates to a 20% gratuity to the chauffeur.  COMMUTE CHG: 20-25% commute hours surcharge may apply M-F, 6:00 am-10:00 am & 3:00 pm-7:00 pm (commute hour charge should be removed if the chauffeur determines that the complete drive (to and from the P/U location) was “easy”, or did not delay your progress to and from the pickup location more than 15 minutes total).  STOPS EN-ROUTE: Town Car $5-$15 per stop (hourly reservations excluded); base charge is based on the furthest stop.  EARLY/LATE HOUR CHG: For early morning reservations occurring between 3:00 a.m. and 3:59 a.m., there is an additional $10.00 charge. For all late night reservations occurring between 11:01 p.m. and 2:59 a.m. (time is determined from when the passenger is in the vehicle), or for all flights originally scheduled to land between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., there is an additional $15.00-$20.00 charge.  $20.00 charge applies at 1:00AM.  STOPS OFF-ROUTE: Reverts to the vehicle hourly rate (wait time charge).  VEHICLE REQUEST: to guarantee a vehicle request, additional charges apply.  COUPON: Coupon presentation at the p/u location is required to be valid.  WAIT TIME: The chauffeur will wait at PDX for one (1) hour; 1 hour 15 minutes for international flights; after the passenger's flight touches down.  If it takes the passenger longer than this to meet their vehicle, they must call 503-969-4370 to retain their vehicle and avoid being charged for a No-Show.  Wait time charges after this time are $1.00 per minute for a town car sedan.  My Chauffeur monitors the status of all incoming flights.  For pick-ups going to PDX, wait time charges after 10 minutes are $1.00 per minute.  ‘CC IMPRINT OR CASH REQUIRED’: A CC imprint or cash is required at the time of the reservation.  The chauffeur is required to get a CC imprint or cash. Checks are only ok with management approval.  ‘ON ACCOUNT’: Signifies reservation is on account, and NO credit card imprint or cash is required.  If applicable; we send the credit card receipt via e-mail the day after the final reservation date.  IMPRINT? Chauffeur to call the office for instructions.  SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The chauffeur will re-confirm with the customer the 2nd pick-up time and location (if applicable) during the 1st pick-up.  You may re-confirm your reservation at any time.  If My Chauffeur is unable to contact you for whatever reason to re-confirm your reservation; the reservation is still contractually binding, confirmed and secure. 

VEHICLES:  This is a REQUEST for a vehicle.  Specific Vehicles Are NOT Guaranteed; but the vehicle IS guaranteed to accommodate the groups passenger # specified in this contract.  My Chauffeur will schedule for your group the above requested vehicle (see VEHICLE above); but we will occasionally use alternate vehicles or vehicles not listed above to accommodate your group. All Vehicles Are Subject To Change Without Notice.  All vehicles are subject to availability.  1-4 Passenger Denali Limousine (seats up to 6), 2-8 Passenger Limousine (seats up to 8), 14 passenger limo Bus (seats up to 14), 1-5 passenger Town Cars (seats up to 5) are available.  For specific vehicle special requests, a surcharge may apply.  Vehicles may be viewed at www.TourPortland.com/vehicles.htm

FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall have any liability for any delays, changes of schedule or cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigations, riots, transportation interruption of any kind, strikes, the hazard or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, weather conditions, and other conditions beyond the Company’s or Customer's control.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT:  THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES ORDERED IN THIS AGREEMENT: INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRIP COSTS, CHAUFFEURS GRATUITY, COSTS NOTED UNDER PRICING TERMS/CONDITIONS, PICKUP DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS, MEET 'N GREETS AND OTHER ORDERED COSTS NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED HEREIN: AND INCLUDING CHARGES AGREED UPON IN WRITING AFTER THIS CONTRACT IS SENT, AND UP TO AND DURING THE TIME OF THE CONTRACTED SERVICE.  A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT AND SIGNATURE OF THE RESERVATION CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED AT THE PICK-UP DATE AND TIME.  THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL EXTRA-ACCRUED TIME ON THE SERVICE DATE.  THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMER CAUSED VEHICLE DAMAGE OR SPECIAL CLEANING, AND AUTHORIZES COMPANY TO CHARGE FOR THE EXPENSES REGARDLESS AND IN ADDITION TO ANY PRIOR UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENTS.  THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER AGREES THAT ANY OF HIS / HER GUESTS ACTIVITIES OR BEHAVIOR DEEMED BY THE CHAUFFEUR TO BE ILLEGAL OR PERILOUS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE JOB WITH NO REFUND.  THE COMPANY’S DECISION IS FINAL.  MY CHAUFFEUR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT ON THE VEHICLE EITHER DURING OR AFTER THE RENTAL PERIOD.  IF APPLICABLE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE 14 PASSENGER LIMO BUS, AND THAT IT IS A BUS, DESIGNED TO ALLOW STANDING, ALL PASSENGERS ARE AWARE AND DECLARE THAT THEY ARE TO REMAIN SEATED AT ANY TIME THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION.  FURTHERMORE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE 14 PASSENGER BUS, AND THAT IT IS A BUS, THAT ALLOWS STANDING, AND THAT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON BOARD, THAT EACH PASSENGER “RIDES AT THEIR OWN RISK”.  MY CHAUFFEUR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PASSENGER THAT INJURES HIS OR HERSELF IN ANY WAY WHILE ABOARD THE VEHICLE OR DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.  MY CHAUFFEUR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED TO ANY PASSENGER, INFLICTED BY ANOTHER PASSENGER EITHER ACCIDENTALLY OR PURPOSEFULLY.

INDEMNITY: THE PURCHASER AND GUESTS RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES MY CHAUFFEUR COMPANY, AFFILIATES AND ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ALL MANNER OF ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, DEBTS, ACCOUNTS, BONDS, CONTRACTS, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS FOR OR BY REASON OF ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO PERSON AND PROPERTY WHICH HAS BEEN OR MAY BE SUSTAINED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • THE CLAIM OR DISPUTE AROSE AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED AS A RESULT OF ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IN MY CHAUFFEUR TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND AFFILIATES VEHICLES.

  • THE CLAIM OR DISPUTE AROSE AS A RESULT OF INJURIES OR ILLNESS CAUSED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF PICNIC LUNCHES & SUPPLIES, WINE BOTTLE OPENERS, BROKEN GLASSWARE, BEVERAGE SERVICE AND ANY AND ALL OTHER INJURIES OR ILLNESS DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD SUPPLIED BY MY CHAUFFEUR TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND AFFILIATES.

IN THE EVENT THAT ANY PART OF THIS CONTRACT/ RENTAL AGREEMENT IS DECLARED UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: CLEANING OR DAMAGES TO THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PAID FOR IMMEDIATELY BY CHARGING THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS TO THE CUSTOMER’S RENTAL AGREEMENT:
